Absolutely! Simply click the heart icon or the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page to save items for later. You can revisit your wishlist anytime from your account dashboard and easily move items to your cart when you’re ready to shop.
Product availability is shown live on each product page. If an item is available, you will see the “Add to Cart” button along with size options. If a size or style is sold out, it will be greyed out. You can click “Notify Me” to receive an alert as soon as it is back in stock.
Yes, you can shop and checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend registering with Traviocom to enjoy benefits like saved shipping addresses, easy order tracking, exclusive member-only offers, and early access to new drops.

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay, India’s most trusted payment gateway. You can pay using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking (all major Indian banks), EMI options, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on eligible orders across most pin codes.
Yes, completely. All transactions on Traviocom are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers. Additionally, all card payments are protected by RBI-mandated AFA (Additional Factor of Authentication), which includes OTP and 3D Secure verification for your safety.
Yes! If you have a Traviocom coupon or promo code, simply enter it in the designated “Apply Coupon” field at the checkout page before completing your payment. The discount will be applied automatically. Keep an eye on our website and social media pages for the latest offers and exclusive deals.
If your payment fails, you will be immediately notified on screen and via email. Please check that your card or UPI details are entered correctly and that you have sufficient funds. You can retry the payment or select a different payment method. If money was debited but the order was not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 business days. Order Returns
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Certain items such as innerwear, socks, and final-sale products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, email us at traviocom@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 9001487753 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order ID and the reason for return, along with photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return authorisation and free doorstep pickup details for defective or incorrect items.
If you are returning an item due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect product being sent, Traviocom will arrange a free reverse pickup at no cost to you. For returns due to a change of mind or size exchange, a nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹99 may be applicable. This will be clearly communicated before your return is confirmed.
Yes, we offer free size exchanges subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact our support team at traviocom@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9001487753 within 7 days of delivery. If your preferred size or colour is not available, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
