Delivery Coverage We deliver across all pin codes in India — from metro cities to Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns. We partner with leading courier services including Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and Ekart to ensure reliable last-mile delivery.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies on orders below ₹999

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• An SMS and email with your AWB (tracking) number
• A direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time
• You can also track your order via the “My Orders” section on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on eligible orders across most pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply.

Failed Delivery & RTO If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After that, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-shipping fee will apply for redelivery.

Important Note Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to natural disasters, public holidays, or courier disruptions beyond our control. We will proactively communicate any significant delays.
